Top seed Indonesian Ayu Fani Damayanti relied on her experience to claim her 5th 10K’s title of her career at “PTT Women’s Circuit 1” in Rama Garden Hotel Tennis Center, Bangkok, Thailand today (June 13, 2009). Appearing in her 10th 10K’s final, Balinese Damayanti halted amazing run by young German qualifier Sarah-Rebecca Sekulic and defeated her 6-3, 6-2 in the final. It is Damayanti’s second 10K’s title of the season after Hamilton, New Zealand last March and her third title in 2009 after her latest one at Balikpapan 25K. Both Damayanti and Sekulic will continue their tour to Pattaya 10K which is scheduled to start on June 15, 2009.
