Perfect birthday gift and awesome back to back title by Han

In the final of two lefties between local player, fifth seed Lee Jin-A against sixth seed Han Xinyun of China, it was certainly a close match all the way and in the end birthday girl Han prevailed to capture her back to back title within two weeks with 7-5, 6-4 victory. So, it was truly perfect birthday present for herself, as Han turned 19 years old on May 30, 2009 at “ITF Nong Hyup International Women’s Circuit 2009” in its final in Goyang, South Korea on Sunday (May 31, 2009).

Meanwhile South Korea’s number one Lee failed to take a great opportunity in claiming her back to back 25K title after Gimcheon in early May 2009. Most of the players then continued to compete at the final 25K tourney in Gimhae which will start its main draw on June 2, 2009.
