Tough draw for Ysidora Tobing in the fashion city of Milan

Indonesia’s Grace Sari Ysidora Tobing makes her debut in clay season at “50th Trofeo Bonfiglio” in Milan, Italy. Currently ranked at ITF 51, Ysidora will have tough opening round as she will face third seed Ajla Tomljanovic of Croatia (ranked at ITF 5). Ever since Tomljanovic’s first round defeat at “Australian Open Junior Championships 2009”, this Croat rising star has been playing only in senior pro circuit.

World numero uno Laura Robson is certainly the top seed here and she will begin her campaign as she is drawn to meet Danish Malou Ejdesgaard. Second seed is Timea Babos of Hungary (ranked at ITF 3) and she is going to clash with Russian Ekaterina Nikitina. Another Croat talent, Silvia Njiric is placed as fourth seed and she will play against Zsofia Susanyi from Hungary. Romanian prodigy Elena Bogdan is fifth seed here and will be challenged by Belarus talented player, Anna Orlik. Meanwhile sixth seed Camila Silva from Chile will play against Ilinca Stoica of Romania.
Another British player, Heather Watson is placed as seventh seed and she will face Italian qualifier Carolina Orsi. Last but not least eighth seed Veronica Cepede Royg of Paraguay will meet local wild card Nastassja Burnett.

Two more Asians in the main draw are Indian Kyra Shroff and Japanese Akiko Omae. Shroff will start her quest on clay as she is scheduled to meet Slovak Chantal Skamlova, while Omae will face talented American and fifteenth seed Christina Mc Hale.
